60-Day Warranty
The manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials,
under normal residential use and conditions, for a period of (60) days of the original
invoice date. The manufacturer
agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair the defect in material or
workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange
without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and
insurance which will be incurred by the customer). We'll require a proof of purchase, order
number, as well as photos and a possible video of where the damage or defect is and how it
came about. Our team will evaluate your claim to be sure that you receive a light sign without
damages. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer. Contact us at Pi2L@Pi2L.com, include your order number, a description of the damage and photos/video. If proof
of damage is approved, we'll send you instructions on how to return the item and when and how
you will receive your replaced undamaged light sign.

membership ("Membership") or any of the services offered by Picture it In Lights website ("pictureitinlights.com")
you are agreeing to be bound by the following membership agreement ("Membership Agreement"). Any new features or
tools which are added to the current Membership Tools or Services shall be also subject to the Membership
Agreement. You can review the current version of the Membership Agreement at any time at the Picture It In Lights
website ("pictureitinlights.com") Terms and Conditions page. Picture It In Lights reserves the right to update and
change the Membership Agreement by posting updates and changes to the Picture it In Lights website
("pictureitinlights.com"). You are advised to check the Membership Agreement from time to time for any updates or
changes that may impact you.
You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Membership Agreement,
Picture It In Lights Privacy Policy, Restrictions on Use, Terms of Service, Cancellation Policy and, if
applicable, Data Processing Addendum ("DPA"), before you may become a Picture It In Lights member, or your
membership will be subject to termination upon Picture It In Lights sole discretion.
Membership Terms
You must be 18 years or older or supervised by a parent, mentor, or guardian to register for Membership.
You must provide a unique user name, a valid email address, and any other information needed in order to complete the signup process.
You acknowledge that Picture It In Lights will use the email address you provide as the primary method for communication.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Picture It In Lights cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage
from your failure to maintain the security of your account and password.
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature under your Picture It In Lights Membership account.
A breach or violation of any term in the Terms and Conditions as determined in the sole discretion of Picture It In Lights will result in an immediate termination of your Membership.
Membership Account Activation
The person registering for the Membership will be the contracting party
("Membership Account Owner") for the purposes of our Membership Agreement and will be the person
who is authorized to use any Membership Tools or Services we may provide to the Membership Account
Owner in connection with their Membership.
If you are signing up for Membership on behalf of a third-party, the third-party shall be the Membership
Account Owner. If you are signing up for the Membership on behalf of a third-party, then you are the
representative of said third-party and warrant that you have the authority to bind the third-party to our
Membership Agreement.
General Conditions
You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Membership Agreement,
Picture It In Lights Privacy Policy, Restrictions on Use, Terms of Service, Cancellation Policy and, if
applicable, Data Processing Addendum ("DPA"), before you may become a Member at the Picture it In Lights
website ("pictureitinlights.com").
Technical support is only provided to membership account holders in regard to online tools and services
provided to Members at the Picture it In Lights website ("pictureitinlights.com") and is only available
via email.
You may not use the Membership Tools or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in
the use of the Membership Tools or Services, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not
limited to copyright laws) as well as the federal laws of the United States of America.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Membership Tools
or Services, use of the Membership tools or services, or access to the Membership Tools or Services
without the express written permission by Picture it In Lights.
You shall not purchase search engine or other pay per click keywords (such as Google AdWords), or domain
names that use Picture it In Lights website ("pictureitinlights.com" or "Pi2L.com"), or Picture it In Lights trademarks
and/or variations and misspellings thereof.

You understand that your Membership Tools or Services content (not including credit card information), may
be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform
and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit Card information is always

You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Membership Tools or Services,
including information transmitted
to or stored by Picture it In Lights, is governed by its privacy policy at

Picture it In Lights Rights
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Membership for any reason, without notice at any time.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
We may, but have no obligation to, remove Accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are
unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates
any party's intellectual property or this Membership Agreement and the Terms and Conditions at
https://pictureitinlights.com/terms.php.
Verbal or written abuse of any kind (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any Picture it In Lights customer,
employee, member, or officer will result in immediate account termination.
Picture it In Lights does not pre-screen online comments and ratings and it is in their sole discretion to refuse
or remove any comments and ratings that are deemed offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic,
obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property in accord with the Membership
Agreement and the Terms and Conditions at
https://pictureitinlights.com/terms.php.
In the event of a dispute regarding membership account ownership, we reserve the right to request documentation
to determine or confirm account ownership. Documentation may include, but is not limited to, a scanned copy of
your business license, government issued photo ID, the last four digits of the credit card on file, etc.
Picture it In Lights retains the right to determine, in our sole judgment, rightful account ownership and
transfer an account to the rightful owner. If we are unable to reasonably determine the rightful account
owner, Picture it In Lights reserves the right to temporarily disable a membership account until resolution
has been determined between the disputing parties. If no party is determined as membership account owner
Picture it In Lights reserves the right to terminate the Membership and each party may register new accounts,
and maybe subject to loss of content, files, digital images, digital media, materials, tools, or services
from the original terminated membership account.
Limitation of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that Picture it In Lights shall not be liable for any direct, indirect,
incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of
profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the
Membership Tools or Services.
In no event shall Picture it In Lights or our suppliers be liable for lost profits or any special,
incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our site, our services or
this agreement (however arising including negligence). You agree to indemnify and hold us and
(as applicable) our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, Picture it In Lights partners, officers,
directors, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys'
fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement or the documents
it incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Your use of the Membership Tools or Services is at your sole risk. The Membership Tools or Services is
provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty or condition, express, implied or
statutory.
Picture it In Lights does not warrant that the Membership Tools or Services will be uninterrupted, timely,
secure, or error-free.
Picture it In Lights does not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Membership
Tools or Services will be accurate or reliable.
Picture it In Lights does not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other
material purchased or obtained by you through the Membership Tools or Services will meet your expectations,
or that any errors in the Membership Tools or Services will be corrected.
In no event will Service Provider's aggregate liability for all claims of any kind, including any claims
arising out of or related to this agreement, whether by statute, contract, tort, or under any other theory
of liability, exceeding the free membership registered by you for the Picture it In Lights Membership Tools
or Services hereunder during the term or duration of Membership immediately preceding the date on which the
cause of action arose.
Waiver and Complete Agreement
The failure of Picture it In Lights to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms and Conditions
shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms and Conditions constitutes the entire
agreement between you and Picture it In Lights and govern your use of the Membership Tools or Services,
superseding any prior agreements between you and Picture it In Lights (including, but not limited to, any
prior versions of the Membership Agreement and the Terms and Conditions at
https://pictureitinlights.com/terms.php.)
Intellectual Property and Customer Content
We do not claim any intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Picture it In Lights
Membership Tools or Services. All material you upload or email to Pi2L@Pi2L.com remains yours. You can
delete your content at any time.
By uploading or emailing to Pi2L@Pi2L.com any files, such as digital images or media, you agree: (a) to
allow Picture it In Lights employees or officers to view any such files; (b) to allow Picture it In Lights
to display and store your files; and (c) that Picture it In Lights can, at any time, review any such files
submitted by you to its Membership Tools or Services.
You retain ownership over any files, such as digital images or media, that you upload to the Picture it In
Lights website or email to Pi2L@Pi2L.com; however, by doing so, you agree to allow Picture it In Lights
employees or officers to view any files, such as digital images or media. You are responsible for compliance
of any files that you upload to the Picture it In Lights website with any applicable laws or regulations.
You retain ownership over all content that you submit to the Picture it In Lights website or email to Pi2L@Pi2L.com
however, by doing so, you agree to allow Picture it In Lights employees or officers to view your content.
We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties, except as required in the course of providing
our services. Confidential information includes any materials or information provided by you to us which is not
publicly known. Confidential information does not include information that: (a) was in the public domain at the
time we received it; (b) comes into the public domain after we received it through no fault of ours; (c) we received
from someone other than you without breach of our or their confidentiality obligations; or (d) we are required by law
to disclose.
Sales and Taxes
Picture it In Lights Membership Tools or Services is a free service provided by us to facilitate the customization
and sale of our light signs, goods, and products.
A valid credit/debit card is required for the purchase of any light signs, goods, and products on the Picture it In
Lights website ("pictureitinlights.com") and the Picture it In Lights online store in order to process orders using
a live payment gateway. Membership Tools or Services used for the purposes of the customization of light signs
(unable to process orders using a live payment gateway) do not require a valid credit card.
All online purchases from Picture it In Lights website ("pictureitinlights.com") and the Picture it In Lights online
store are exclusive of applicable federal, provincial, state, local or other governmental sales, goods and services,
harmonized or other taxes, fees or charges now in force or enacted in the future ("Taxes").
If you are resident in the U.S., Taxes apply to any purchase of light signs, goods, and products on the Picture it In
Lights website ("pictureitinlights.com") and the Picture it In Lights online store, including without limitation, all
light signs, goods, and products ("Taxable Offerings"). Any applicable Taxes are based on the rates applicable to the
U.S billing address you provide to us, and will be calculated at the time of purchase of the applicable Taxable
Offerings. Such amounts are in addition to fees for the Taxable Offerings and will be billed to the credit card you
use to pay for the Taxable Offerings. If you are exempt from payment of such Taxes, you must provide us with an
original certificate that satisfies applicable legal requirements attesting to tax-exempt status. Tax exemption will
only apply from and after the date we receive such a certificate.
If you are not a resident of the U.S. or Canada, and not subject to Canada Goods and Services Tax/Harmonized Sales Tax
(GST/HST) in respect of any purchase of light signs, goods, and products on the Picture it In Lights website
("pictureitinlights.com") and the Picture it In Lights online store, you must provide us with a statement by email to
Pi2L@Pi2L.com stating that: (i) you are not a resident of the Canada; (ii) you are not GST/HST registered; and (iii) to the
extent that you are an individual and not a corporation or other legal entity, you were not physically present in Canada
when Picture it In Lights light signs, goods, and products were made available to you. The statement should also include
your complete home and/or business location address. If you do not provide such information, you will be charged for
Taxes applicable to your purchase of Picture it In Lights light signs, goods, and products, which will be billed to your
credit card until after such time that you provide us with the information described above. To the extent that you are an
individual and not a corporation or other legal entity, and your location of usage changes to a place in Canada or the U.S.,
you must advise us immediately by email to Pi2L@Pi2L.com.
Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your Membership at anytime by emailing Pi2L@Pi2L.com.
Once cancellation is confirmed, all of your account details, content, files, digital images, digital media, materials, and any
purchased light signs will remain in your account. To completely delete your account, email
Pi2L@Pi2L.com . Since deletion of all data is final please be sure that you do in fact want to delete your account before doing so.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Picture it In Lights Membership Tools or Services for any reason, without notice at any time.
Fraud: Without limiting any other remedies, Picture it In Lights may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you
(by conviction, settlement, insurance or escrow investigation, or otherwise) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection
with the Picture it In Lights website ("pictureitinlights.com").
Modifications to Prices
Picture it In Lights reserves the right to change or modify prices for any light signs, goods, and products at anytime
without any prior or immediate notification. Prices for light signs, goods, and products on the Picture it In Lights
website ("pictureitinlights.com") and the Picture it In Lights online store are subject to modifications or changes
without any prior or immediate notification.
Picture it In Lights reserves the right at any time to time to modify, change, or discontinue, any light signs, goods,
or products (or any part thereof) with or without any prior or immediate notification.

Store or Online Store Returns
For store and online store purchases of prefabricated light signs, Picture It In Lights
offer's a 30-day money back refund. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with
your Picture It In Lights light sign purchase you may return it within 30-days, and we
will issue a refund upon items return. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

you instructions on how to return the item/s and get the refund requested.
Refund Policy

Custom Returns
Picture It In Lights guarantees quality workmanship, however, If the light sign for some
reason arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and we will handle the
situation to ensure that you are left satisfied with your purchase. Every light sign comes
with a 60-Day warranty as stated in the Picture It In Lights Terms And Conditions. For
customized light signs Picture It In Lights does not offer refunds as each light sign is
made specifically with your personal stylized customization in mind. If for some reason,
your sign does come damaged, we require you to contact us within 7-days so we can evaluate
the issue quickly. We'll require a proof of purchase, order number, as well as photos and a
possible video of where the damage or defect is and how it came about. Our team will evaluate
your claim to be sure that you receive a light sign without damages. Contact us at
Pi2L@Pi2L.com, include your order number, a description of the damage and photos/video. If proof
of damage is approved, we'll send you instructions on how to return the item and when and how
you will receive your replaced undamaged light sign. The damaged light sign will have to be

Cancellation Policy
Cancel any order up to (12) hours after purchase invoice and request a cancellation to receive a full
refund. To make a cancellation buyer must notify us within 12 hours of purchase. Cancellation request
should be emailed to us at Pi2L@Pi2L.com. Any request made after the 12 hour cancellation period will not be accepted.

Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed and ready to be shipped within 48 hours or 2 business
days upon receipt of payment. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Custom orders require 3 to 4 business days for manufacturing before shipment processing.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few
days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a
significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates
All shipping rates are based on USPS Priority Shipping/Delivery.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing
your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Picture It In Lights is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer
(tariffs, taxes, etc.). We will do our best to mediate these issues and not surprise you
